Once the caps have been taken off the emptied bottles get filled with very hot water and dish soap.

The bottles are dumped into our bottle washing machine and scrubbed to remove any labels. Note there is a whirling brush inside the bottle as we are scrubbing.

We work to get the scrubber in all places in the bottle, from the very top to the bottom,

The inspection. This is very precise work and requires good eyesight against a very bright light. Once it is thoroughly rinsed must then be dried in an oven. Then to be used in our next pressing!
